We are situated in Postbridge, right in the centre of Dartmoor about 8 miles west of Moretonhampstead and a similar distance east of Tavistock.

Leave the M5 at Junction 31, taking the A30 to Okehampton. Leave the A30 at the first junction and take the first exit off the roundabout, signposted Ide. After 1.5 miles turn left at T-junction onto the B3212.

If you are coming from Exeter take the B3212 and proceed through Moretonhampstead to Postbridge, turning sharp left just before the bridge.

From Plymouth, take the A386 to Yelverton and then the B3212 to Two Bridges and then on to Postbridge, turning sharp right just over the East Dart bridge. Lydgate House is at the end of a private lane, some 500 yards from the B3212.
