The following prices are per person, per night with VAT (at current rate) and include complimentary tea & cake on arrival, room and a superb breakfast. We also offer a three-course dinner at £32.50 (see Dining page).

The rates for guests staying 3 nights or more will be reduced by £3 per person per night, the reduction applying to the entire stay.
Single occupancy of a double room - the room rate less £35.
Packed lunches, at a cost of £7 each, can be provided and we would ask notice is given the evening before.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £5 per dog per night and may stay in bedrooms as long as the owner is with them.
Regrettably, Lydgate House is unable to accommodate children under the age of 16.
