Rates are per room per night inclusive of a full breakfast and VAT and include a complimentary pot of tea and cream tea or a slice of homemade cake on arrival. We also offer a three-course dinner at £27.50 (see Dining page)

Packed lunches at a cost of £7.50 each can be provided.
We would ask notice is given the evening before.

Well -behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £3.00 per dog per night.
Dogs may stay in bedrooms as long as the owner is with them.
Dogs are not allowed in the dining & sitting room.

Regrettably, Lydgate House is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12.

Bookings & cancellations
In the event of a cancellation within one week of the booking, the customer is liable to a charge of 50% of the agreed tariff, subject to the proprietors discretion. Proprietor will then seek to re-let the accommodation. If successful, no charge will be made to the client.

Credit card number, expiry date and security code are required to secure a booking (no money taken in advance).
