Rates are per room per night inclusive of a full breakfast and VAT and include a complimentary pot of tea and a slice of homemade cake on arrival. We also offer a three-course dinner at £30.00 (see Dining page)

Packed lunches at a cost of £7.50 each can be provided.
We would ask notice is given the evening before.

Well -behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £3.00 per dog per night.
Dogs may stay in bedrooms as long as the owner is with them.
Dogs are not allowed in the dining & sitting room.

Regrettably, Lydgate House is unable to accommodate children under the age of 14.

Deposits & cancellations
In the event of a cancellation within one week of the commencement of the booking, the client is liable to a charge of 60% of the agreed tariff less the deposit paid and subject to the proprietors’ discretion. The proprietors undertake to make every effort to re-let the accommodation. If successful, no charge will be made to the client.

A deposit of £30.00 per person is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are not normally refundable and are deducted from the final account.
