"This was our 4th stay at Lydgate House and had a wonderful time again. The location is stunning with beautiful views and easy access to high moor. The hosts completely spoilt us and could not have done any more to make our stay a pleasurable one. Breakfasts and dinners are freshly and perfectly cooked, and the service is friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to get away from it all"

"We have just returned from a 3 night stay which was very relaxing, John, Sarah and Kelly made us feel very welcome. The food was lovely and John was very helpful in providing routes of suitable walks, the rest of the time was spent relaxing in the lounge with a log burner to keep us warm. The view from our room was a real treat despite inclement weather- Would thoroughly recommend as a place to come and chill, walk and take in beautiful surroundings"

We loved mixing with the wild horses in the moors !"
