On the edge of Bovey Tracey, the House of Marbles is a delightful fusion of craftsmanship, nostalgia, and fun. Set within the historic buildings of Teign Valley Glass, this unique attraction offers a rare chance to watch traditional glassblowing in action, skilled artisans shape glowing molten glass into elegant forms right before your eyes. The viewing platform above the studio offers the perfect vantage point to witness the process.
There’s much more to explore beyond the glassworks. The House of Marbles is also home to 4 fascinating mini museums, dedicated to the worlds of games, glass, pottery, and of course, marbles.
